Then update the vessels ETA at pilot boarding ground (Blossom Bank) at intervals of 48 hours, 24 hours, 12 hours and 6 hours before arrival. |

All pilot transfers are carried out via land-on helicopter and require a minimum landing clearance of 22 metres. The helicopter pilot will contact the vessel one hour before landing on VHF channel 16; the callsign is "Hydropilots Helicopter". |

| Departing Hay Point or Dalrymple Bay | ||||||||
| Masters of departing vessels should advise their agents that they require a Hydro Pilot outbound, giving as much notice as possible. |
